Attorney David Helm has practiced law in Michigan since 2010. He earned his J.D. at Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned his B.S. in Social Science from Eastern Michigan University. Helm is orignally from Novi, Michigan and currently resides in New Hudson. He is a father of two wonderful children and strives to balance his law practice and raising his children. For Helm the practice of law is a passion. Helm began his career in the construction industry and has owned several businesses. After a fateful encounter at the Pontiac Silverdome, Helm realized that the law was his future. While attending at Cooley, Helm interned at the Livingston County Prosecutor's Office where he conducted his first jury trial. Soon after graduating, he returned to the Prosecutor's office. Tyler W. McCann graduated from Western Michigan Cooley Law School in 2019 and was admitted to the Michigan state bar in 2020. He is a life long Livonia resident. Peter Behrmann is the Treasurer of the Livonia Bar Association. He grew up in Livonia and owns Phoenix Law, a bankruptcy law firm in Livonia. He has limited his practice exclusively to personal Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. He is a graduate of the Grand Valley State University and Cooley Law School. Gerald A. Bagazinski is a longtime Livonia resident. He graduated from the University of Detroit Law School of Law, He received his undergraduate from Albion College, and a Masters of Business Administration from Wayne State University. He also served as an adjunct professor at University of Detroit teaching Client Counseling and Negotiations to third year law students. Jerry practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Elder Law, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Real Estate Law, Business Law, He is active in a a number of community organizations and was a cofounder of the Livonia Community Foundation and Past President of The Livonia Jaycees.
